Based on the work of Shirzad Chamine and Positive Intelligence, the concept of shifting mindset from negative to positive has significant ramifications for those in healthcare. By working to achieve mental fitness, the clinician empowers himself to overcome the many challenges in medicine. This work is an amalgamation of research in areas of positive and cognitive psychology, performance science, and neuroscience. Dr. Wilson has specific training in developing mental fitness, and uses this strategy along with insight to provide sustainable change for her clients.
